HUGHES, District Judge.
On the 8th of August the complainant filed a bill of injunction in this court in term at Norfolk, and moved for a temporary injunction in accordance with the prayer of the bill, and for an immediate restraining order. He also filed sundry documents and affidavits, making out a prima facie case for an injunction. The object was to prevent one Fountain D.
