delivering the opinion of the court:

The vexed question is one of conflict of law. Upon its determination depends the validity and effect of a deed of *400appointment under a power conferred by a trust agreement. The facts of the case and pertinent provisions of the writings involved have been fully stated in three opinions heretofore filed in the court below. They will be re-stated in the briefest possible way.
