The Chancellor:

This case is before this court on a" motion for a reargument and, among other things, involves difficult questions growing out of a conflict between the laws of the State of Delaware and the laws of the State *134of- New York. It was.decided against the Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee, by the late Chancellor (Wilmington Trust Co. v. Wilmington Trust Co., 21 Del. Ch. 188, 186 A. 903), but no decree had been signed by him at the time of his death, and an informal request for a reargument was then pending.
