Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Pitaro, J.), rendered May 3, 1994, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, and burglary in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, any prejudice arising from the testimony of Detective Timothy Guditus that he "notified the complainants in the past robberies” after he allowed the defendant to pick his position for the pretrial lineup, was alleviated by the court’s prompt curative…
