MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON JOINT MOTION TO AMEND SCHEDULING ORDER AND TO CONTINUE TRIAL

This matter is before the Court on the joint motion of counsel, filed on October 30, 1985, for an amendment of the Magistrate’s Scheduling Order, filed on July 17, 1985. The motion seeks an order extending to February 1, 1986 the deadline of November 11, 1985, set in the Scheduling Order, for completion of discovery and the filing of all pretrial motions.
