U.S. Bank, N.A. (“U.S. Bank”) appeals from the July 14, 2014 judgment entered by the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas finding in favor of Christine Pautenis 1 (“Home Owner”) in this mortgage, foreclosure action 2 and dismissing its complaint with prejudice.
