The petitioner, New Hampshire Motor Transport Association Employee Benefit Trust (Trust), appeals an order of the Superior Court {Fitzgerald, J.) denying its motions for summary judgment and granting the summary judgment motions of the respondents, New Hampshire Insurance Guaranty Association (NHIGA) and New Hampshire Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association (NHLHIGA).
