This appeal is from the judgment entered on an award in favor of claimant in a workmen’s compensation case. The insurance carrier of the defendant employer is the appellant. Claimant, widow of deceased employee, filed a claim petition on October 18, 1935, her husband having died on June 20, 1935, as the result of an accident while in the course of his employment with defendant employer. After hearing, the referee dismissed her petition on the ground that she had failed to prove dependency as provided by section 307 of the Workmen’s Compensation Act of 1915, as amended…
