MCFADDEN, Judge.

James Wayne Germany appeals the revocation of five years probation. He argues that the trial court violated his Fifth Amendment rights by revoking probation for his refusal to take a polygraph examination; that at most, the trial court could revoke two years probation; and that the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion for an appeal bond. Because we find that requiring Germany to undergo a polygraph as a condition of probation did not violate his Fifth Amendment rights and that the trial court was not limited to revoking two years probation, we affirm.
