The complaint, in an action to enforce a judgment obtained in Great Britain and founded on an arbitration award, *171was dismissed at Special Term. The plaintiff by this appeal seeks to review that decision.

In June, 1925, the parties to this action entered into an agreement for the sale and delivery by the defendants to the plaintiff of a quantity of zinc concentrates.
