This appeal and cross-appeal grow out of consolidated suits by a wholesale tour operator against an airline and its affiliated companies charging that they (1) violated sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2 (1988), and section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18 (1988), and (2) breached their contractual and other obligations toward, and defrauded, the plaintiff.
