Plaintiffs in error, Charles A. Phelps, Frank G. Karg and Adelaide Glennon, filed their bill August 2, 1920, in the circuit court of Lake county, against William O. Winch, Emma Winch and Homer Winch, for an injunction against defendants restraining them from operating a dance pavilion on lots 7 and 8 in Smith’s subdivision on the southerly shore of Channel lake, in the town of Antioch, Lake county, or from conducting and maintaining any entertainments in the pavilion by which the peace and quiet of plaintiffs in error might be disturbed.
