SMITH, Circuit Judge.
Lonnie Weston and Sherry Woodard appeal their convictions for the manufacture, possession, and distribution of methamphetamine. Weston challenges the legality under the Fourth Amendment of two searches of his home. In addition, Weston requests that the district court’s alternative sentence be imposed in light of United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005).
