SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.

David E. Wise appeals the district court’s 1 admission of his post -Miranda, 2 statements to detectives, the denial of his motion to suppress evidence, and his conviction for conspiracy to manufacture marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. We affirm.

Because Wise challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, we review the facts in the light most favorable to the jury’s verdict. United States v.
