The debtors (collectively “Masterwear”) commenced this adversary proceeding to recover a $20,000.00 retainer paid prepeti tion to the defendant law firm, Angel & Frankel, P.C. (the “Firm”). Former management hired the Firm and paid the retainer, but a new board replaced the former board following a contested election, and immediately fired the Firm.
