MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING REQUESTS FOR FINAL COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES

Three fee applicants seek final compensation in this chapter 7 case. They include (1) David L. Kittay, the chapter 7 Trustee, (2) Kittay & Gershfeld, P.C. (the “Kittay Firm”), the Trustee’s general counsel, and (3) Gusrae, Kaplan, Bruno & Nusbaum PLLC (“Special Arbitration Counsel”), the Trustee’s special litigation counsel. Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc.
