Kaplan v. Stein

This is an appeal by the owners, (Keystone), of a Buick automobile, from a judgment in favor of the appellees for damages done to a tree, while that automobile was being operated by one Emilio Capanna.

At the trial below, Emilio Capanna was joined with the appellants, Keystone, as a defendant. Capanna also filed a cross-claim against the appellants, Keystone, for damages for personal injuries. The case was tried before a jury.
