This is a chancery action to impress a lien upon certain real estate. On January 16, 1952, plaintiff, Hermie Ooley, filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court of Van Burén county. Plaintiff’s bill of complaint and her testimony alleges that on and prior to December 23, 1949, Gorden J.
