I. INTRODUCTION

In -this case, Plaintiff RBS Citizens Bank, N.A. sues Defendants Thomas E. Purther and Scott Jacobson for breach of a guaranty agreement. Compl. (Dkt. 1). The matter is presently before the Court on Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment (Dkt. 15).
