In this diversity personal-injury case, Plaintiff-Appellant Terri Biegas (“the Estate”), personal representative of the estate of Richard Biegas (“Biegas”), appeals the district court’s grant of partial summary judgment in favor of DefendantsAppellees Quickway Carriers, Inc., and Quickway Distribution Services, Inc. (collectively, “Quickway”), ruling that Biegas was at least fifty-one percent at fault for the accident that caused his death.
