Appeal from a judgment of the district court in favor of Michael J. Mullin and Great Northern Insurance Company and against The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, The Pillsbury Company, and William. B. McCrea.
On October 31, 1958, McCrea sustained injuries as a result of an automobile accident which occurred when he was riding as a front-seat passenger in a motor vehicle owned by The Pillsbury Company and operated by Michael J.
