Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Ferraro, J.), rendered May 18, 1982, convicting him of criminally negligent homicide (two counts), leaving the scene of an accident without reporting, operating a motor vehicle without a license and unlawfully engaging in a speed contest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
