Judgment, rendered May 15, 1974 in Supreme Court, Bronx County, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder and possession of a weapon and sentencing him to prison, unanimously reversed, on the law and in the interest of justice, and the case remanded for a new trial. Appeals from orders of the same court dated August 7, and November 7, 1974 and May 2, 1975 denying motions for postconviction relief, unanimously dismissed, as moot, in view of our reversal of the judgment of conviction.
