B. J. Borlaug, a resident of this state, died testate January 28, 1925. His will was admitted to probate May 18, 1925, by the probate court for Goodhue county. On July 10 following, that court appointed the executors designated in the will, one of them being a son and heir of the testator, and made orders limiting the time to file claims to six months and limiting the time to settle the estate to 12 months.
