This is an appeal from a final judgment discharging an alternative writ of mandate and denying the petition for writ of mandate. Petitioners sought by their petition to compel the issuance of a conditional use permit in order to build a church in the defendant city pursuant to the provisions of the city’s zoning ordinances. An order directing the issuance of an alternative writ of mandate was issued.
