OPINION OF THE COURT
Memorandum.
The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.
In January 1991, after some discussion and planning, defendant, Jose Sorrentini and Chris Claudio — the driver, the lookout and the shooter, respectively — lured Guy Maresca to a deserted area in the Bronx by ordering pizza from his place of employment. When Maresca drove to the appointed address to make his delivery, Claudio ran toward him and fired a single shot. He missed.
