W. & T. Allen & Company at the May rules, 1899, filed their *229Lili in the circuit court of Tucker county against W. B. Maxwell, C. 0. Strieby, trustee, John J. Adams and others, creditors of Y. B. Maxwell, alleging that for many years they had been engaged in the wholesale clothing business in Philadelphia, and had sold goods to one, IT. PI.
