Plaintiffs Paulina Korenblum, Fredy Giron, and Kenneth M. Butler bring this action on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and the New York State Labor Law (“NYLL”), N.Y. Lab, Law § 650 et seq. (See Compl. (Docket No. 1). Plaintiffs are current, or former employees of information/technology (“IT”) vendors affiliated with Defendant Citigroup, Inc. (“Citi”).
