Plaintiff Nicole Blow (“Blow”), on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, sues Defendant Bijora, Inc., which does business as Akira (“Akira”), for. sending her and the class text messages, allegedly in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 (the “TCPA”) and the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, 815 Ill.
