At issue in this removed and transferred breach-of-contract and employment discrimination case is defendant’s motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint (“AC”) pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), Fed. R. Civ. P. The AC alleges three Counts: (1) Breach of contract (on behalf of one plaintiff), (2) National origin discrimination, in violation of Montgomery Cnty.
