This is an original action in this court wherein the city of Wilburton has applied for a writ of mandamus to be directed to J. Berry King, Attorney General, and ex-officio Bond Commissioner of the state of Oklahoma, to require the approval of an issue of funding bonds in the amount of $16,555.

Upon the filing of the petition an alternative writ was issued by this court, and the Attorney General has duly filed answer.
