PAUL H. ANDERSON, Justice.

Appellants brought an action to compel respondents to disclose certain data in compliance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Data Practices Act). 1 The district court ordered that the city disclose the requested data and awarded attorney fees to appellants. However, the district court subsequently vacated the award of attorney fees when it became aware of a recently issued court of appeals opinion.
