During the course of a four-week jury trial, the Government sought to prove that Jeffrey A. Martinovich (“Appellant”) engaged in a scheme to defraud his investment firm’s clients out of millions of dollars. The jury found Appellant guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, four counts of wire fraud, five counts of mail fraud, and seven counts of money-laundering.…
