¶1 Tamisha Pearson appeals her conviction on one count of driving under the influence of marijuana. She contends the trial court erred when it admitted the results of a warrantless blood test on grounds the dissipating tetra hydrocannabinol (THC) concentration in her bloodstream constituted an exigency sufficient to forgo the warrant requirement. She also argues the trial court erroneously permitted testimony of a per se legal limit of THC concentration not in effect at the time of the alleged offense.
