Mutual Service Life Insurance Company (MSI) appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to all respondents. The action arises from alleged defects in construction of a warehouse concrete floor resulting in cracking allegedly due to insufficient thickness of the concrete and failure to install wire meshing as called for by the construction plans. We affirm the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to BE Architects, Inc. (BE) and Mayeron Engineering Company (Mayeron), based upon a two year statute of limitations, but reverse the trial court’s grant…
