This is an appeal from the district court of Creek county, Hon. Ernest B. Hughes, Judge.
R. S. White, as plaintiff below, brought an action to recover rents in double the amount of the rental value thereof under sections 2880 and 2881, Rev. Laws 1910, after notice to quit, against Max Meyer and Joe Abraham, defendants. For convenience, the parties will be referred to as plaintiff and defendants, respectively, as they appeared in the trial court.
The cause was tried to a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $800, upon which the trial court rendered a judgment,…
