[¶ 1] Peter Anastos appeals from the Superior Court’s (Cumberland County, Crowley, J.) grant of summary judgment in favor of the Town of Brunswick on his complaint for relief pursuant to the Freedom of Access Act (FOAA), 1 M.R.S. § 409 (2010).
