James Heang appeals from a judgment of a single justice of this court denying his petition pursuant to G. L. c. 211, § 3. We affirm.
Heang has been indicted as an accessory after the fact to murder, and for carrying a firearm without a license. The charges arise from allegations that Robert Iacoviello shot and killed a police officer; that several associates of Ia-coviello, including Heang’s brother, were present at the scene of the shooting; and that Heang, although not present at the shooting, helped dispose of the firearm and clothing worn by Iacoviello.
