OPINION
VERON, District Judge.
One foggy morning in the Gulf of Mexico, the GULF QUEEN, a wooden vessel chartered for pleasure fishing, was at her final anchor before returning to shore when a crew boat bore down on her out of the fog and sheared off her stern, sinking the vessel, leaving one passenger missing and presumed dead and injuring others. Several actions arose as a result of the allision.
