THORNE, Judge.

1 1 Appellant McKesson Industries Corporation (McKesson) appeals from an order of the Utah Labor Commission (Commission) awarding Robert Lieberman workers' compensation benefits. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

T2 In 1995, while working in a warehouse owned and operated by McKesson, Lieberman was struck in the head by a fourteen pound case that fell six or seven feet. The impact caused Lieberman to suffer two herniated cervical disks.
