This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, Wagner v. State Medical Examining Board, 173 Wis. 2d 422, 496 N.W.2d 213 (Ct. App. 1992), which held that the default judgment procedure in sec. 806.02, Stats., could not be used in a ch. 227, Stats., review proceeding.
