This matter is before the Court to determine whether the outstanding commodity trading account balance of the Debtor/Defendant, Brent T. Jenkins (JENKINS), with Plaintiff, Ray E. Friedman and Company (REFCO), is a non-dischargeable debt pursuant to section 523(c), and more specifically section 523(a)(2)(A), of the Bankruptcy Code.
