— Appellees, Thomas B. Dwyer, his wife Katie Dwyer, O. L. FTevill, and his wife S. E. FTevill, who were plaintiffs in the court below, instituted this suit in the District Court of Bexar County for the purpose of obtaining a construction of the will of George Crosson, Sr., under the provisions of which they. claimed an interest in the estate left by him. It was also claimed by them, that a portion of the property left by George Crosson, Sr., was his separate estate.
