This case comes here on an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of the trial court dismissing her appeal from an order of the joint board of the department of labor and industries, which order sustained an order of the supervisor rejecting the plaintiff’s claim for a widow’s pension upon the ground that .the claimant’s deceased husband was not an employee within the meaning of the industrial insurance law at the time he received the injuries which caused his death.
