Appellant/Cross-Appellee Raymond Joseph Tougas (Husband) and Appellee/Cross-Appellant Carol Tougas (Wife) appeal the family court’s distribution of the couples’ marital assets pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 580-47 (Supp.1992).
