This action was brought against a former employee and director of a corporation for violation of the trust imposed in him as an employee and director of Parson's Mobile Products, Inc. (Mobile). The employee and director, William F. Remmert, resigned his office as president and general manager of Mobile and then actively initiated the organization of a similar business, Parsons Custom Products, Inc. (Custom).
