This was an action to recover damages growing out of an automobile accident. The plaintiff prevailed, and the defendant appeals.
The accident occurred on Sunday afternoon, February 9, 1930, about sixty feet north of the junction of Rainbow boulevard and Adams street in Kansas City, Kan. Adams street and Rainbow boulevard join near Thirty-eighth street and extend north under the name of Rainbow boulevard. Rainbow boulevard comes into Adams street from the southeast.
