The questions raised in this cause involve the interpretation of the wills of George Y. Ford and Sarah C. Adair, and the rights of the several parties thereunder.

The will of George Y. Ford (besides directing payment of debts and appointing his wife, Sarah, and his brother, Benjamin, as executors) provides as follows:
