The testator, by his will, gave his wife, as tenant for life and as executrix, the sole custody and charge of his estate during her lifetime. He contemplated that his executors should have no charge over his property until after his wife’s death. She administered upon his whole estate, and converted all of it into money and securities, with the exception of some of the lands at Rahway, which are still unsold.
