The defendant, Elizabeth DeUefratte, appearing pro se, has appealed from a judgment of the Superior Court denying her appeal from a District Court judgment of eviction. This case came before this Court for oral argument on January 24, 2007, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
